“The current owner and I have a pretty close relationship and just sort of started talking, and it was something that appealed to me. Ironically, he used to be a banker as well — at the same bank 20 years ago — it was C&S bank then. He left the banking industry and came out here. It's just kind of weird the way that's worked out.”
