I was watching Remember the Titans the other day, and it made me think about the emotions you go through. There's nothing that moves you emotionally like coaching. You have high highs and low lows, and to be able to have an impact on young people, to get a group of young men together and accomplish a goal, that is a real exciting challenge for me. You don't get that in any other profession.”
