“It is beautifying our city. It is helping children in our community so that they can be proud of where they live and therefore, hopefully, they'll go to school with a good attitude. It's just rebuilding back our community so that where anybody lives they can feel proud. It's going to take a little while to do that, but I just really believe that Quincy is going to be a model city.”
