“Until I would see what their operating expenses are, I can't quite be sure about their need. I feel New Haven is something we all depend on in town, but, to my knowledge, they will not open the books. That's another problem they might have with securing funds. When you have tax dollars going into a volunteer organization, officials have the right to follow up.”
